If you are using our bill pay system for the first time or prefer to make a one-time payment, please enter your 8 digit Customer I.D./Permit Number twice and click Pay Now to enter the payment portal. At the end of the payment process you will have the option to enroll in the payment site. By enrolling, your payment account(s) will be stored securely and you will have access to your payment history.
